You can ask us to delete your FrenchFriz account and personal data at any time, and we will.
How to request: email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. To protect your account we may ask you to confirm your identity. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What we delete: your profile (name, email, phone number), your saved delivery addresses, your cart and wishlist, and your sign-in credentials and app notification tokens.
What we keep: records of completed orders, invoices and payments that we are legally required to retain for accounting and tax purposes under the laws of Kuwait. These are kept only for that legal purpose, for the period the law requires, and are never used to market to you.
If you have an order in progress or an unresolved payment, we finish handling it before deleting the related records.
