Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us — your name, email, phone number and delivery address — together with your order details, in order to process and deliver your orders and to provide support.

We share your data only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: the vendors you buy from, delivery partners, and our payment provider (MyFatoorah). We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the store.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and with access controls. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

In our mobile app we also process a device notification token (through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you order and delivery updates, along with the basic device information needed to run the app. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for any period required by the laws of Kuwait (for example, keeping transaction records for accounting and tax). You can delete your account and personal data at any time — see “Delete Your Account”.
