Shipping & Returns

We deliver to all six governorates of Kuwait — Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your area and the vendor. Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns: you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as opened personal-care products) may not be eligible.
